Entry Criteria

  1. Entry to these awards is only open to professional and trade associations.
  2. All categories are awarded based on the decision of our independent panel of judges.
  3. Entries can be for any events campaigns or initiatives which have taken place between 1st April 2018 and 30th June 2019.
  4. There are no geographical restrictions regarding entries. Associations from any country can enter.
  5. The deadline has passed but we are accepting late entrants in certain categories – do get in touch if you haven’t before to see if we can accommodate your late submission.
  6. Shortlisted entrants will be notified in July 2019.
  7. The winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony in London on Friday 11th October 2019.
  8. A campaign or event may be entered in more than one category, but each entry must be accompanied by an entry form and the entry fee. There is no limit to the number of entries one association can make.
  9. Judges reserve the right, without prior consent of the entrant, to move entries to different categories if they feel it is more appropriate.
  10. The judges’ decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into and no reasons given for decisions.
  11. Judges will absent themselves from any discussions where they have a vested interest.
  12. All information provided to judges will be used solely for the purposes of assessing the entries. Potentially sensitive information will not be made public.
  13. The standard entry fee is £195 plus VAT per entry.
  14. For entry fee prices only one discount offer may apply.
  15. The entry fee is non refundable.
  16. Winners may state in advertising and promotional material that they have won, but they must state the year the Award was won.
  17. The entry fee must accompany the entry. Entries received without payment will not be judged.
