Entry Criteria
- Entry to these awards is open to constituted industry associations, professional or membership organisations, trade bodies and unions. (Or agencies instructed to work on behalf of a qualifying organisation).
- All categories are awarded based on the decision of our independent panel of judges.
- Entries can be for any programmes, events, campaigns or initiatives which have taken place between 1 April 2022 and the date of submission.
- There are no geographical restrictions regarding entries, associations from any country can enter.
- The extended deadline for entries is 1 June 2023.
- Shortlisted entrants will be notified on 19 July 2023.
- The winners will be announced on 3 November 2023.
- A campaign/initiative/programme/event may be entered in more than one category, but each entry must be accompanied by an entry form and the entry fee. There is no limit to the number of entries one association can make.
- Judges reserve the right, without prior consent of the entrant, to move entries to different categories if they feel it is more appropriate.
- The judges’ decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into and no reasons given for decisions.
- Judges will absent themselves from any discussions where they have a vested interest.
- All information provided to judges will be used solely for the purposes of assessing the entries. Potentially sensitive information will not be made public.
- The standard entry fee is £245 plus VAT per entry.
- For entry fee prices only one discount offer may apply.
- The entry fee is non refundable.
- Winners may state in advertising and promotional material that they have won.
- If the entry is not accompanied by the entry fee, then it must be received by the entry deadline, or the submission will not be judged.
