Anna Blackman is the Chief Operating Officer at CIPFA, leading organisational strategy, operations and transformation across theinstitute. She previously spent more than 20 years at PwC, becoming a Partner and serving as Chief People Officer for its largest UKbusinessunit. In this role she championed wellbeing, mental-health awareness and inclusive leadership. Alongside her people-focused work, Anna partnered with major clients including Imperial College Healthcare, Barts Health and Capita plc on complex transformation programmes. She is passionate about building high-performing, values-driven organisations and championing women in leadership across the public and professional services sectors
