Cadent & Think: We Are Able
The We Are Able campaign was launched in 2023 to raise awareness of support services and to change perceptions around vulnerability.
Combining informative articles and guides from trusted campaign partners with resources, the campaign home is a comprehensive hub that provides practical advice conveniently in one place to help people in vulnerable situations live independently at home.
But a stand-out part of the campaign that ties everything together while also humanising the campaign message is the emotive case study videos. With 12 videos embedded within the hub, We Are Able case studies have brought to life stories from a variety of people throughout the UK. Whether it’s a man with agoraphobia supported at home by the Royal Voluntary Service or a young woman with spina bifida working with charity Mintridge to educate and inspire young people, We Are Able unearths the stories of the organisations working behind the scenes to enable people to stay safe and independent at home.
Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply – CIPS Futures Podcast
Replacing a lacklustre audio on demand series, CIPS Futures is a monthly podcast series that aims to be relatable, global and inspirational. We feature a diverse mix of voices, perspectives and organisations, with guests going on to speak at the Futures Conference and being interviewed for the newsletter.
Crucially, the podcast retains a global appeal. Previous CIPS podcasts were criticised for being too UK-centric and didn’t reflect its global membership (60,000 strong in over 150 countries). As a result, we appointed Emma Scott and Sam Achampong as the hosts who are not only well-known members of the CIPS team but are based in the UK and MENA respectively. So far, we have hosted guests from the UK, Europe and Australia, with future guests lined up from the UAE and South Africa. This has translated with our listener base (currently 38% from the UK and 62% from the RoW).
Within six months, we have increased downloads by more than 200%, surpassed 3,000 downloads and even generated a profit!
Elevated and Brewer Pratt Solutions – Association Transformation
Launched in July 2020, the Association Transformation podcast was conceived as a direct response to the membership sector’s need for information, dialogue, guidance, and support during an unprecedented period of disruption and uncertainty. Recognising the inherently global nature of the membership sector, the podcast is a transatlantic conversation between co-hosts Elisa Pratt (CEO of Brewer Pratt Solutions) and Andrew Chamberlain (MD at Elevated) and is intended to advance the impact and evolution of non-profit organisations. We always seek diversity of thought and new examples of innovation in action; and across five seasons we have hosted 90+ association specialists from a dozen countries across 100+ recordings, taking a deep dive into the current issues, emerging trends, leadership challenges, and business opportunities facing the international association community. Irrespective of subject matter, we always aim to share practical ideas, knowledge, and support for the long-term benefit of association chief executives, c-suite nonprofit professionals, and volunteer leaders. Our conversations cover a diverse compilation of subjects relevant to association leaders across the globe, ranging from mental health and wellbeing, the climate crisis, and DEI to membership recruitment and retention, financial strategy, and governance practice.
Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine – Careers in Pharmaceutical Medicine series
In early 2023 an exciting synergy emerged during a series of meetings between staff at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (FPM) and the FPM Careers in Pharmaceutical Medicine working group. Members of the group, comprising volunteers from the 1600-strong membership of FPM, spoke about how they were receiving common queries asking how to embark on a career in pharmaceutical medicine, and how to negotiate the early stages of a career. They spoke about how there was a lack of easily-digested online resources that they could direct these queries to and that they would often copy-paste the same information by way of response. This set off a spark in the FPM comms team, a digitally-oriented group who could scarcely believe what they were being handed on a plate… a demonstrable trend of common queries?

Navigating biomedical scientist registration is notoriously complex. Our TikTok-inspired explainer videos transformed this maze into a clear and engaging path, designed to attract the next generation of biomedical scientists.
With a complex registration process, we saw a need to cut through the confusion and ignite excitement, especially among younger audiences. We knew traditional materials wouldn’t cut it. That’s where our marketing team’s creativity and understanding of our target audience came into play. We needed to speak their language, create an engaging experience, and deliver the information in a way that felt personalised and direct.

Each episode is designed to surprise, entertain, and enlighten, featuring unique stories such as the global impact of “Auld Lang Syne,” the mysteries surrounding Robert Burns’ death, and the artistic contributions of Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh. Other episodes explore winter wildlife at St Abb’s Head, the Lorimer family’s restoration of Kellie Castle, and the tragic history of the

Love Scotland demonstrates successful storytelling, deep engagement, and audience growth.
